1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Cleanup.ae, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your property and cleaning requirements.

  • Grant our team access to the premises at the scheduled time.

  • Ensure that any fragile or valuable items are secured prior to service.

2. Booking & Cancellation

  • Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a full service fee may be charged.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All service prices are displayed on our website or provided via quotation.

  • Payments must be made before or immediately after service completion through accepted payment methods.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during the appointment.

4. Liability & Damages

  • Cleanup.ae is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or damages resulting from improper item handling before our service.

  • Any accidental damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours with supporting evidence.

  • Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed the cost of the service provided.

5. Service Limitations

  • Some stains and deep-seated dirt may not be completely removable.

  • We do not move heavy furniture, fragile items, or hazardous materials.

  • Our team follows strict safety and quality standards but cannot guarantee 100% removal of stubborn stains or damage caused by prior residue.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must disclose any special cleaning requirements or potential hazards.

  • Pets should be secured or kept away from cleaning areas during the service.

  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Force Majeure

Cleanup.ae is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen emergencies.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

Cleanup.ae reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect upon publication.
