At Cleanup.ae, we prioritize delivering top-quality cleaning services while ensuring the utmost care and safety of your property. While our team follows strict safety measures, we understand that accidents may happen. Our damage policy ensures transparency and fairness in handling such situations.
Reporting Damages
If you notice any accidental damage following a service, please report it within 24 hours of service completion. Any claims made after this period may not be considered.
To file a damage report:
- Email your claim to hello@cleanup.instantdesign360.com with a detailed description and photographic evidence.
- Our team will review the claim and investigate the issue promptly.
Liability Limitations
Cleanup.ae is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile/valuable items not disclosed before the service.
- Damages caused by moving heavy furniture or handling unsecured fixtures.
- Stain removal limitations – Some stains (e.g., wine, pet excretions, oil, grease, coffee, blood, and paint) may not be removable due to material absorption.
- Non-cleanable items that may deteriorate due to prior residue or manufacturing defects.
Resolution Process
If our team is responsible for accidental damage, we will:
- Assess the situation based on provided evidence.
- Offer a reasonable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation (not exceeding the cost of the service).
- Provide professional recommendations to prevent future incidents.
Customer Responsibilities
- Clients must inform our team of fragile or high-value items before service begins.
- It is advised to secure valuable belongings before cleaning.
- Clear communication regarding service expectations ensures a smooth and damage-free experience.
